The campus at 101 McNabb in Markham was originally designed as the headquarters of a large corporation. Our client purchased the vacant building to provide corporate space for several new high profile tenants. The project was completed in two phases.
The first phase, completed in 2016, included the addition of lower level windows to brighten office space with natural daylight. Significant grading modifications to include lower level windows involved the replacement of existing retaining walls with new retaining walls that would allow for better daylighting. Integration of existing vegetation and landscapes was key to the success of the first phase.
