101 McNabb Phase II

The campus at 101 McNabb in Markham was originally designed as the headquarters of a large corporate organization. Crown Property Management purchased the vacant building to provide corporate space for several new tenants. The project was completed in two phases.

The second phase, completed in 2017, involved the creation of a new main entrance with connectivity to the expanse of parking on the site. A secure area was required by the tenant for research and development, as well as a display area for their product. Environmental considerations included mitigation of storm water management through extensive permeable paving, provision of car charging stations, and incorporation of existing vegetation.

The third phase of intensification will include the addition of a new building on the site and the development of on-site amenity and fitness areas.
