1867 Bloor Street West

The intensification of the site of an existing 11-storey rental apartment building at 1867 Bloor Street in Mississauga consisted of the addition of a 4-storey residential building and amenity area along the Bloor Street frontage. The project supports the City’s desire for intensification along main corridors, provides much needed rental units, and adds significant amenity space for residents.

Underground parking supplements surface parking to allow for the protection and enhancement of the adjacent ravine corridor, as well as the provision of amenity space for the residents. The street frontage is addressed with walkways, decorative fencing and gardens, creating a human scale along a major thoroughfare.
