Conservation requirements resulting from adjacent conservation lands dictated the requirement for native vegetation throughout the site.

Storm water quality and quantity is mitigated through the use of a combination of permeable paving and a bioswale between two parking areas. Runoff draining into the permeable pavers discharges into the bioswale and is treated with other site runoff for quality.

The design of the employee amenity area compliments the clean lines of the architecture.
