This LEED Silver 4-storey office building was developed on a brownfield site at a busy intersection in Mississauga. The site features an amenity area protected from the intersection by a wall/trellis feature that also provides signage toward the intersection. Raised planters, a dynamic paving pattern, and lush planting beds provide a comfortable environment for building occupants.

Ample bicycle parking promotes the use of alternative forms of transportation. Permeable paving provides low impact development strategies for reduces storm water runoff. A living wall provides much needed screening of the adjacent storage facility. Planting and terraseeding of turf with a drought-tolerant mix ensure that plantings will thrive with no irrigation system.
