Intensification of this property in Mississauga’s prestigious Sheridan Business Park included the addition of a second 4-storey building sited in a generous landscape. An amenity area connects the two buildings, encouraging socialization amongst the tenants.

This site features the first large-scale bioswales constructed in Mississauga, completed in 2010. In order to maintain the high-profile corporate image, the treatment of bioswales closest to the buildings retain a more manicured appearance. Farther from the buildings, the bioswale has been allowed to naturalize. This green infrastructure replaces 80% of the hard infrastructure (catch basins, storm sewers and oil grit separators) on the 5.7 ha site. The bioswales provide 155 linear meters or 730 m2 of storm water treatment area.
