Trinity Ravine Towers

Trinity Ravine Towers is a luxury retirement condominium development in Scarborough, on the existing site of Global Kingdom Ministries. The 29- and 31-storey development incorporates green roofs and amenity areas overlooking the church to the south and a ravine to the west.

Amenity areas have been created on the podium and at grade. Underground parking and the addition of a parking structure on the church site allow for maximization of the site.

The ravine area is protected and enhanced through the incorporation of buffer plantings.
